Beef Yorkshire Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. ground coriander
1/8 tsp. cumin
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
3 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Cook beef and onion in hot skillet, cutting meat apart with fork.
Remove from heat.
Drain off fat and mix in teaspoon of salt and next 4 ingredients.
Set aside.
Place a 10-inch ovenproof well-greased skillet in 400\u00b0 oven until very hot.
Blend flour and remaining salt in a bowl.
Add mixture of eggs and milk; beat until smooth.
Pour half of the batter into the hot skillet. Cover with beef mixture and top with remaining batter.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until puffed and golden.
Cut into wedges and serve from skillet.
