Dilly Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
1 c. cottage cheese, heated to lukewarm
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. dehydrated onion
1/4 tsp. soda
1/4 c. warm water
1 Tbsp. butter
1 unbeaten egg
2 tsp. dill weed
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Combine all ingredients (except flour) in bowl and beat well.
Add flour gradually until stiff dough is formed.
Cover and put in a warm place to rise until double (about 60 minutes).
Punch down.
Put into well-greased loaf pan.
Let raise until double in bulk.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 50 minutes.
Remove from oven and brush top with butter.
If rolls are preferred, put dough in muffin tins and bake 10 to 15 minutes.
