Oatmeal Scotch Chippers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. butter flavored Crisco
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 c. crunchy peanut butter
    4 1/2 c. oatmeal
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. chocolate chips
    1 c. butterscotch chips
    1 c. walnuts, chopped (if desired)
Preparation
    Cream shortening and sugars.
    Beat in eggs; add peanut butter. Stir in oatmeal and baking soda.
    Add chips and nuts.
    Drop onto ungreased cookie sheets.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 11 minutes.
    Cook for 2 minutes on sheets, then remove to wire racks.
    Makes 6 dozen cookies.
