Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 c. peeled & grated zucchini squash
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oil
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins
2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
