Greek Lemon Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. strained well seasoned chicken stock
1/4 c. uncooked rice
3 eggs
juice of 1 medium lemon
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Heat stock in saucepan.
Add rice.
Cover and simmer until rice is tender, about 25 minutes.
Beat eggs, lemon juice and 1/2 cup hot stock.
Season; serve.
Makes 1 quart.
