Chocolatey Chip Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar; beat until smooth. Add egg, 1/8 teaspoon salt and chocolate chips.
    Stir and set aside.
