Banana Nut Bread(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. sifted flour
2 3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts (or less)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. Puritan oil
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs (Egg Beaters equivalent)
1 1/4 c. mashed bananas
3/4 c. diced dates
Preparation

Combine ingredients, place in loaf pan (greased) and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown and tests clean.
