Oyster Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1 small stalk celery, chopped fine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 pt. oysters with liquid
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    2 dashes pepper
    4 slices stale bread, crumbled
    1/4 tsp. lemon juice
    little poultry seasoning (optional)
Preparation
    Cook onion and celery in margarine until tender.
    Add oysters and cook until edges begin to curl.
    (I chop the oysters.)
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Mix lightly but thoroughly.
    Makes 2 cups stuffing, enough for a 4 pound fish or chicken.
