Onions Baked In Cream - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 Vidalia onions, thinly sliced
salt and pepper
1 c. crushed saltine crackers
1 1/2 c. half and half cream
1/2 c. butter
4 cheese slices
Preparation

Separate the sliced onions into rings and put into greased crock-pot.
Sprinkle onions with salt and pepper and half the crushed crackers.
Add cream and dot with butter.
Sprinkle remaining crushed crackers over top.
Top with cheese slices. Cover and cook on high 1 hour, then low 2 to 4 hours.
