Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box Jiffy corn bread muffin mix
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 can cream-style corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation

Mix all ingredients with the exception of the margarine.
Pour into greased casserole dish and pour melted margarine over the mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until the top is lightly browned.
