Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1 heaping Tbsp. oleo
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. boiled chicken, diced
    2 Tbsp. picante salsa
    1/2 c. sour cream
    tortilla chips
    2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)
Preparation
    Saute onion in oleo until limp.
    Add celery and bell pepper. Add soups.
    Add diced chicken, salsa and sour cream.
    Simmer 5 or 10 minutes.
    In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer chips, chicken mixture and cheese.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour, covered.
