Buffalo Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Post Toasties
    2 c. oatmeal
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. chopped pecans
    12 oz. chocolate chips or 2 c. raisins
    1 c. margarine
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. Crisco
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix the first 5 ingredients.
    In a larger bowl, cream together the margarine, brown sugar, Crisco and sugar. Add the eggs; mix well.
    Add flour, vanilla, soda and salt; mix well.
    Combine with the first ingredients; mix.
    Use 1/4 cup batter for each cookie.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes, or until brown.
