Parsley Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Peel and cut in 2-inch pieces the potatoes.
    In a saucepan, cook potatoes in water to cover until tender.
    Drain.
    Combine margarine and parsley.
    Pour over potatoes and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
