Sunflower Seed Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 c. chopped green onion
salt and pepper to taste
1 head cabbage
1 pkg. sunflower seeds
Preparation

Mix mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, onion, salt and pepper together in a small bowl.
Mix well and set aside.
I cut the cabbage into wedges and then into bit size pieces.
Next, pour the dressing mixture over the cabbage.
Add a handful of sunflower seeds (or more, depending on taste) just before serving.
