Bill'S Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 medium sweet potatoes, boiled and peeled
    1/2 stick margarine
    3 large eggs, beaten
    1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mash the potatoes and stir in all other ingredients.
    Spread in a large buttered casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
