Ranch Hand Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tsp. butter
    2 c. ham, diced
    2 c. cheese, shredded
    4 English muffins
    4 Tbsp. chunky taco sauce
    4 Tbsp. sour cream
Preparation
    On skillet, heat butter.
    Saute ham until heated and beginning to get crispy.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Turn on low.
    Cover with lid.
    Toast and butter muffins.
    Place equal amount of ham and cheese on open face muffin.
    Top with taco sauce and sour cream. Serve immediately.
