Shipwreck - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. sliced bacon
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 (32 oz.) pork and beans
Preparation
    In skillet, cook bacon until crisp.
    Remove to paper towel to drain.
    Crumble and set aside.
    Brown beef and drain.
    Add onion and cook 5 minutes.
    Combine ketchup and sugar.
    Stir.
    Add to beef and beans with bacon all but 2 tablespoons.
    Put in pan; top with bacon.
    Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
