Potato And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
    10 oz. mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Place potatoes in large bowl.
    Mix soup, milk, margarine, pepper, onion flakes, salt and sour cream in saucepan.
    Heat thoroughly, stirring constantly.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Add half the cheese; mix well.
    Spoon into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Yield:
    12 servings.
