Texas Hash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium onions, chopped
1 large green pepper, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. canned tomatoes
1/2 c. washed, uncooked rice or 2 c. uncooked noodles
1 Tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

In skillet, cook onions, pepper and garlic in oil until onions are transparent.
Add the ground beef and fry until mixture gets crumbly.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into greased 2-quart casserole.
Cover and bake 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
Remove cover the last 15 minutes of cooking.
