Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. orange flavoring
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    2 c. pumpkin
    3/4 c. oil
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. finely chopped dates
Preparation
    Sift all dry ingredients together into a large bowl.
    Beat eggs, oil and pumpkin in another bowl.
    Add to flour mixture and blend well.
    Dough will be stiff.
    Fold in fruits and nuts.
    In a well-greased loaf pan, bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
