Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. bacon drippings
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 1/3 c. Minute rice
    1 c. hot water
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Preparation
    Brown onion and green pepper in drippings.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce and simmer until liquid is gone.
