Veal Continental(Yields 6 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 strips good smoky bacon
    2 large onions, thinly sliced
    2 lb. veal round or stew meat
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    3/4 c. chicken stock
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1/4 tsp. rosemary
    1 1/2 c. lite dairy sour cream
Preparation
    Cut bacon up in bits.
    Saute over medium heat in frypan until golden, not too crisp.
    Remove bacon and set aside.
    If you have less than 3 tablespoons of drippings, add Puritan oil.
