Boston Bean Salad(Perfect For A Potluck) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can navy beans, drained and rinsed
    1 (15 oz.) can red beans, drained and rinsed
    1 (15 oz.) can black beans, drained and rinsed
    1 c. (2 stalks) sliced celery
    1/2 c. thinly sliced green onion
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. molasses
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    lettuce leaves
    2 c. torn curly endive
    2 slices crisp bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
Preparation
    In a large bowl combine beans, celery and green onion.
    For dressing in a screw-top jar combine vinegar, molasses, oil, mustard and pepper.
    Cover and shake well to mix.
    Pour dressing over bean mixture.
    Stir to coat.
    Cover and chill 4 to 24 hours stirring occasionally.
