Butterscotch Cheesecake Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch flavored morsels
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 eggs
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand Brown Sugar Sweetened Condensed Filled Milk
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, melt morsels and margarine; stir in crumbs and nuts.
    Reserving 1 c. mixture for topping, press remainder firmly onto bottom of a greased 9 inch square pan.
    In mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy; beat in Brown Sugar Eagle Brand and eggs. Mix well.
    Pour into pan; top with reserved crumb mixture.
    Bake 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
    Cool to room temperature; chill before serving.
    Garnish as desired.
    Refrigerate leftovers.
    Makes 9-12 servings.
