Meringue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. almond
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff, but not too long.
    Add sugar, 2 tablespoons at a time, and beat until it stand in peaks.
    Add flavorings and cook in a 350\u00b0 oven until brown.
