Quick Hollandaise Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 quartered potatoes
    6 chopped carrots
    4 chicken breasts
    1 pkg. Hollandaise sauce
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and carrots in microwave on High for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, brown chicken breasts.
    Drain well and place in casserole.
    Add vegetables.
    Cook Hollandaise sauce according to package directions.
    When done, pour over chicken and vegetables and bake until chicken is done, about 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
