Hamburger Hash Chinese Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 c. thickly sliced celery
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. rice
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can Chinese noodles
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in oil in skillet, stirring, until crumbly. Drain.
    Add next 7 ingredients and 1 1/2 cups of warm water; mix well.
    Put in baking dish.
    Bake, covered, for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake another 30 minutes.
    Top with noodles and bake 15 minutes longer.
