Scottish Ham Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. minced ham
    6 oz. bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. tomato sauce or ketchup
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Beat eggs and add to dry ingredients.
    Mix well; turn on floured board and knead to form a ball, fairly thick.
    Roll up in a floured cloth and tie.
    Place on a plate; put in a pot of boiling water and boil 1 1/2 hours.
    When ready, turn out and roll on some bread crumbs.
    Can be served hot or as a cold sandwich.
