Fruit Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    1 c. pears
    2 c. shredded cheese
    1 c. Ritz crackers
    1 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 c. cooked, mashed carrots
Preparation
    Drain pineapple. Save 6 tablespoons of juice.
    Combine sugar, flour
    and juice.
    Add cheese, pineapple, pears and carrots.
    Mix well and place in baking dish. Top with crackers and melted margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
