Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, boiled and cut up
2 rolls Town House or Ritz crackers
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation

Mix
crackers,\tbutter\tand
poppy seed.
Press half of this mixture
into casserole dish.
Place chicken over crackers.
Mix soups and sour cream.
Pour over chicken.
Top with remaining crackers.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
