Homemade Eggnog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    2 c. whipping cream
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    2 oz. bourbon (4 Tbsp.; 1 Tbsp./egg on the bourbon)
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl beat egg whites until fluffy.
    In separate bowl beat yolks until consistent.
    Begin adding sugar to yolks and blend.
    Add whipping cream, milk and bourbon and blend. Fold in egg whites.
    Blend and serve.
