Avocado Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. lime jello
1 envelope plain gelatin
1 c. sour cream
1 c. avocado, mashed
lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. onion, grated
1 cucumber, sliced
sprigs of parsley
Preparation

Oil mold.
Prepare lime gelatin according to package directions.
Dissolve plain gelatin in small amount of cold water; chill until partially set.
Blend together the rest of the ingredients, except the cucumber and parsley, then gently mix into the chilled gelatins.
Pour into prepared mold.
Chill until set. Serve on bed of leaf lettuce and garnish with sliced cucumber and parsley.
