Potatoes Au Gratin With Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium potatoes
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    small piece jalapeno cheese
    1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1/2 c. onions, chopped
    1/4 c. green peppers, chopped
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes.
    Boil in salted water until tender. Saute onions, peppers and shrimp in butter until shrimp are pink (about 15 minutes). Add milk, mushroom soup and cheeses. Cook until cheeses are melted.
    Put potatoes in a casserole dish and pour cheese mixture over it.
    Mix and serve.
