Cucumber Seafood Plate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. loose-pack frozen peas
    1 small cantaloupe, chilled
    1 small cucumber, chilled
    1/3 c. Italian salad dressing
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. sugar
    bibb lettuce leaves
    1 (7 oz.) can solid white tuna, chilled and drained
    6 oz. cooked, shelled shrimp
Preparation
    Run cold water over peas to thaw.
    Halve cantaloupe crosswise to remove and discard seeds.
    Cut cantaloupe into 9 thin slices. Halve the cucumber lengthwise.
    Scoop out and discard seeds; thinly slice cucumber.
