Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. milk
    1/2 c. rice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    dash of cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Put washed rice in 2-quart casserole dish.
    Pour in the milk.
    Add sugar, salt and cinnamon and stir well.
    Bake for 3 hours in slow oven.
    Stir every 15 minutes during first hour to keep rice from staying in the bottom of casserole dish.
