Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. (4) ripe bananas, mashed
3/4 c. sour cream
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 3/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Beat in eggs, 1 at a time.
Add bananas and sour cream.
Sift together and add dry ingredients. Place in greased loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 50 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 2 loaves.
