Libby'S Hot Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. chicken drumettes
    1 c. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    oil (for deep frying)
    1 bottle hot wing sauce
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Ranch salad dressing
Preparation
    Rinse chicken and pat dry.
    Roll in mixture of flour, salt and pepper.
    Deep fry drumettes in hot oil until brown on both sides; drain.
    Place in baking pan.
    Pour hot wing sauce over drumettes. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Serve with Ranch dressing.
    Yields 60 servings.
