Good Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns (Southern style)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3/4 stick butter, sliced in small pieces
    onion, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix everything together in a large bowl, except the hash browns. Take the frozen hash browns and break into small pieces (while still in the bag), then add to the mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until bubbly in the middle.
