Crock-Pot Beef Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. beef
    1 envelope chili mix
    2 cans tomato sauce
    flour tortillas
    1 to 2 c. cheese
    flour
    water
    oil
    1 c. onion, cut up
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1/4 c. green onion
Preparation
    Cut beef into 1-inch cubes.
    Roll in seasoned flour.
    Fry until brown in 1 tablespoon oil.
    Meanwhile, in measuring cup, empty tomato sauce and chili
    mix.
    Fill with water to make 2 cups total. Mix meat and sauce mixture in crock-pot.
    Cook on medium-low several hours until meat is tender.
    Spoon into tortillas and cheese and roll.
    Top tortilla with sauce and more cheese. Microwave to melt cheese.
