Butternut Snowballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. butter (soft)
    2 oz. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. salt
    10 oz. all-purpose flour (sifted)
    1 c. finely chopped walnuts
    1 1/2 c. 10x sugar
Preparation
    Place the butter, sugar, salt and vanilla into the mixing bowl, fitted with the paddle attachment.
    Mix on medium speed until light and fluffy.
    Stop the machine and scrape down the bowl.
    Add the flour and mix on low speed just until combined.
    Stop the machine and scrape down the bowl.
    Add the walnuts and mix on low speed just until combined.
