Fried Potato Patties - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. leftover potatoes
2 Tbsp. milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
4 Tbsp. flour
4 Tbsp. fat
Preparation
-
Mash potatoes with a fork until soft.
Add milk and mix well. Add egg and dry ingredients until well blended.
Fry until golden brown, turn and brown the other side.
Yields 4 servings.
