Hawaiian Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
1/3 c. ketchup
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved
Preparation

Combine pineapple juice, ketchup, brown sugar, margarine, vinegar, cornstarch, salt, chili powder, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce in 2-quart microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave on full power 4 to 5 minutes, stirring every minute.
Place chicken in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Pour sauce over chicken. Cover with foil and bake
in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
Uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes, basting occasionally, if needed.
