Oatmeal Bread For Bread Machine - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (1/4 oz.) pkg. active dry yeast
1 c. quick-cooking oats
3 c. bread flour
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. honey or maple syrup
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. warm water

Preparation

In bread machine pan, place ingredients in order given. Select \"white bread\" setting.
Bake according to bread machine directions.
