Fresh Corn Pudding(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. corn, cut from cob (4 medium ears)
    1 Tbsp. minced green pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. mace
    dash of red pepper
    1/2 c. egg substitute
    1 c. evaporated skim milk
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Combine first 7 ingredients, stirring well.
    Combine egg and skim milk; add corn mixture.
    Spoon mixture into a 1-quart casserole dish coated with cooking spray.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
