Summer Squash Medley - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small yellow squash
1 medium zucchini
1 small cucumber
1/4 green bell pepper
1/2 tsp. crushed garlic
1 1/2 Tbsp. cooking oil
dill seed (from 1 large fresh dill flower) or may use 1 tsp. dried
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 to 2 handfuls fine cornmeal
Preparation

Combine oil and garlic in large skillet.
Once heated, add remainder of ingredients, except cornmeal.
Cook until tender, covered.
Add cornmeal right before serving.
