Mushroom Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. beef roast
    2 onions, sliced
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. catsup
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. rosemary and thyme
    1 bay leaf
    1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms and juice
Preparation
    Dredge meat in flour and brown slowly; season with salt and pepper.
    Add remaining ingredients, except for mushrooms.
    Simmer slowly until meat is tender.
    Add mushrooms just before serving. Good served with green bean casserole.
