Hawaiian Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. mashed ripe bananas
1 (8 oz.) can crushed and drained pineapple
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Combine flour, salt, baking soda, sugar and cinnamon.
Stir in pecans.
Combine remaining ingredients and add to flour mixture, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Spoon batter into two greased and floured 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 3-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour and 10 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pans for 10 minutes, remove and let cool on wire racks.
