Oven Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
2 lb. potatoes, cut in chunks
1/3 c. olive or vegetable oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0. In a large plastic bag (or bowl), mix all ingredients. Close bag and shake until potatoes are evenly coated. Spread in shallow pan. Bake for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and brown.
