Spring Cauliflower Scallop - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cauliflower or 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, cooked cauliflower, drained
    1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
    1/3 to 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Separate cauliflower into flowers.
    Place in shallow baking dish, 10 x 6 x 2-inches.
    Blend soup, milk and cheese.
    Pour over cauliflower. Top with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until bubbling.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
