Baked Pineapple Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, well drained
    5 to 6 slices bread (crusts off), cut into 1-inch cubes
Preparation
    Cream oleo and sugar.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Add pineapple. Stir in bread.
    Bake in a 1 1/2-quart greased casserole, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    (If you use Pyrex, reduce heat to 325\u00b0.)
